We design the building, then we build it. No handovers, no gaps, no one to point at but us.

Most home projects lose something in the gap between the architect who drew it and the builder who priced it. We close that gap by holding both. The studio that designs your extension is the studio that builds it.

That means a single drawing set, a single fixed programme, and a single team standing behind the result. Considered detailing on the page, carried through to the shadow gap on site.

We test what your home and your site can take, and what it would cost, before anyone commits to drawings.

Design

We draw the scheme in full, resolve the detailing and agree a fixed scope and programme you can hold us to.

Build

Our own team builds what we drew. Weekly updates, a clean site and one number to call.

Handover

We finish, snag properly and hand over a space that matches the drawings, down to the details.
